Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Ascension Rehabilitation and Property Management LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ascension Rehabilitation and Property Management LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Ascension Rehabilitation and Property Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
